Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
Do all items purchased have a 3 day "decision" law? In other words, I bought an insurance study manual at $130 & then decided I didn't want to go through with selling insurance. I gave the company my credit card. Legally do I have the right to get a refund?

No, you do not. You only have this three day right of rescission for refinancing your residence, or door to door sales.
