Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
I live in the state of Iowa and the apartment complex dictates that I can only get cable TV through one subcriber. I can't get a DISH satelitte, except through the cable subscriber but must pay the expanded basic cable rate to do this. How can I find out if this is a legal practice?
