Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
A local propane company came and filled my disabled fathers tanks on accident. My question is, do they have the legal right to return and take the propane back out or charge him for their mistake? He lives in Dixon Iowa.

Yes, they can demand their propane back or try and charge him for it. On the other hand they will have to go through the courts to do it legally and he is entitled to deny them access to his property.
