Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
I ordered some furniture 3 weeks ago and was told to call to set up delivery and at that time they would order the furniture. I called to set up the delivery and they had already ordered the furniture. I want to cancel 2 of the pieces. They want to charge me 25 % of the price of the pieces I canceled. What are my options?

You need to review your agreement with an attorney and see whether you are required to pay for any part of the furniture. On the other hand if it was not a written agreement you're back to he said-she said.
