Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
I ordered some love boat shows off of the internet.They said they were new. but what they didnt say was they were taped off of tv land . Is this legal for them to tape these shows off of the tv and sell them? It did not say anywhere that they were taped off of the tv. can you tell me if this is legal? thanks love boat fan

It's likely a copyright infringement. Maybe the people who own the rights to the series would be interested in hearing about this.
