Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
I purchased a used auto 3 weeks ago and today the motor blew. Do I have any warranty to return this auto its less than 30 days, or do I just have to take this as a loss?

It depends on how the vehicle was sold to you. If it was as is, where is, you're out of luck. Otherwise you may have some kind of warranty argument.
