Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
I just purchased a vehicle from CarHop October 26 with a limited warranty. Warranty covers Engine-all lub parts, intake manifold, engine block, rotary engine bearings, ring gear, cylinder heads, fuel pump, pump, timing gears, valve covers and water pump. Also transmission an and it's parts AND Drive Axle on front wheel drive and rear wheel drive vehicle, the axle bearing and internal parts, drive shafts, retainers and universal and constant velocity joints.
Problem: 3 days later took it to an authorized mechanic under their warranty who states the car needs oil pan gasket and struts that are also wearing on UV joints that the warranty refuses to repair. Are these not covered under the description I just gave??

You're asking me to give an opinion on an auto warranty. I'm not a mechanic.
