Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
I was recently at a convienece store .I got some gas and some items in the store .I was told to swipe my card.I was given a reciept and left .A few days later I was told by a fellow emploee at my work that they were questioning him as to who I was and told him the situation.They say they forgot to charge me for my gasoline.The next day they contacted my emloyer also about the issue.What are my rights??

The question is whether they did, in fact, forget to charge you. If you can show that they're wrong, you can do that. If you got the gas and didn't, in fact, pay for it you have the right to pay them.
