How does the law interpret ''all sales final'', if product is faulty and you do not want that product or any other product and the borrower wants funds returned?

Re: Retail

If the sale is final, that usually means, that the sale is final. Just because most retailers are very flexible with allowing us to return merchandise, does not mean they are obligated to do so. Knowing that the sale was final, it was up to you to inspect the item and ensure you "wanted" it. My opinion might change if the retailer knew of the defect and defrauded you, but that would be a tough case to prove.
