Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
retail undercharge
I purchased some furniture from a local furniture store that is going out of business. I paid the bill in full at time of purchase, we also picked up the furniture at that time. The next day they called and left a message: they read the bill wrong and undercharged me, they said they were going to recharge my credit card for the difference. I am not authorizing them to charge my account further. Can they do this? Am I legally responsible for their mistake? The sale is a all sales final sale, no returns no refunds... What should I do?

Re: retail undercharge
What you mean to write is that the price you were supposed to pay is part of the all sales final sale, no returns no refunds.... You should pay them what you owe them.
