Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
Returning a recently purchased automobile
I recently purchased a used SUV from a local dealer. After careful consideration of my financial situation, I don't think I can afford to keep the SUV. How many days do I have to return the SUV to the dealer and get out of the finnance agreement? Thanks.

Zero. Once you sign on the dotted line, it's yours. Unless the dealer allows some sort of right to cancel, or he's just a nice guy, you have no right to return the vehicle and cancel the finance agreement.
