Small Claim
Live in Iowa. Bought tax program from a company in Georgia over the internet that is unsatilfactory. Won't refund. Can I file a small claim in Iowa? Already asked but didn't get answer.

You can file a small claim action anywhere you like. Whether the Georgia company is subject to the jurisdiction of the Iowa court depends on the specific facts of your case.
