Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
I sold a jet ski to someone and the motor broke and now he says i have to pay for it
he payed in cash and i offered no warranty at all he says he is taking me to court
can he? and will he win?

If you sold it "as is, where is", you're covered because that's the magic language. What did you put on the bill of sale you gave the guy? If he sues you in small claims court, you'll have a chance to tell your story to the court.
