what is the statu of limatation on a car loan
we had a car loan out over 9 years ago we returned the cars and was told that we no longer owed anything. know we are getting a statment trying to collect on this and all the intrest. can they do this after all this time?

For a written agreement, the statute of limitations is generally ten years.
