Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
Television purchase
On 11-19-06 i purchased at tv from a local dealer for X amount. Today 1-07-07, in our local paper the same TV is advertised at $512.00 less than what i paid. Do i have any recourse?

Do you have the receipt? Return it for a refund OR call & tell them you want the lower price. If it is a LARGE retailer (Best Buy, Target) they may well give you the diff. Otherwise return it and buy the cheapo TV>
