Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
Is there any truth to the idea that an advertiser has to sell you what is pictured and described in an ad? For instance, if the ad describes a vehicle that is used and cheap, but the picture accompanying the ad shows something close to new, is that the item they legally have to sell to the customer or is that just a myth?
