Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa
Used vehicle
We bought a used vehicle from a big dealership on 4-30-07 and it already needs the engine torn down. Were paying $90 a month for this extended warranty that may not cover it. Were trying to see if we can switch for another vehicle but what if they don't let us. Can we do anything as far as the Lemon Law or anything.

Re: Used vehicle
I would need to see the Warranty. Do you have estimate of what repair will cost? You need to assert Warranty claim ASAP.
