Legal Question in Consumer Law in Iowa

Writing a book and using Print Artist Graphics.

I am in the process of putting a book together for educational purposes. This is a book that I am writing to help educators with ideas in the classroom. I will then print and bind the book myself. I then have every intent on saling the book myself to educators.

I am using the graphics in my book from ''Print Artist''. Is there a problem with having the graphics in my book if I am saleing the book? I have heard that it is fine to use print artist for my pictures and I have also heard it is illegal because of copywrite? Could you please let me know if I am in the wrong as I am putting the finishing toucheson the book (draft) and want to get started printing out my copies to sale. (This is not a book that will be going to a publishing house of any kind.)Just one I will sale myself at a convention if I have buyers and schools if teachers want to purchase it.

You would need to refer to the licensing agreement which came with your software. It would be unlikely, but possible that they granted you a license for such a use. Usually that type of program allows for personal use only. You will be hiring an editor, won't you?
