Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Iowa

I have already asked this question, and been answered, but I was not served the papers that they were going to court, so that is where I am quesstioning this all.

Maybe you ought to go to the courthouse and pull the file and see whether there is a certification of service. I'll bet there's something there, and the problem you have and still have is that you didn't contest the matter but let it go to judgment and garnishment. That's a real problem because you've more or less done nothing up to this point.
