Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Iowa

I have a contract with a corp that i oue money to. The contract states that I am to pay $125.00 a month by check by the 15th of each month. Do they have the right to go in to my checking account and take out an additional $125.00 an month derict withdrawal with out my sined concent?

No, but perhaps in your agreement with them you assigned them the right to withdraw funds from your account. It happens all the time, people forget that they did it until the rent check bounces because there's no money in the account.
