Financhal Satment

We are on a disability income and owe a considerable amount to the hospital. We are paying $25 a month. They are asking us to fill out a financial statement. Is it mandatory that we fill this out?

Not unless they have obtained a Court Order.You may wish to have an experienced business attorney review the info before sending them anything.

Do you have a written discounted settlement agreement?If not why are you giving them money?
