Gambling debt

My wife spent $110,000.00 dollars gabling without me knowing. Were getting a devoice, can I ask and receive for 1/2 of that to be returned to me?

You can ask, but whether you will receive it is a completely different question. Unless she did very well in her gambling endeavors, I would hazard a guess she does not have much of that money left to give you.
