Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Iowa

Hired by property management company to do home clean out on fore closed home. Now listed for sale in Iowa. Who do I file lien against? Do I list home owner or whom?

If you are entitled to a lien it is as against the property owner. However since the property owner employed an agent who hired you it might be tough to make it stick.
