Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Iowa

ex husband is being sued by credit card company. He has added me to the lawsuit saying I set up an account in his name and charged up the account. In our divorce he said I took my name off a credit card as a primary user and made him the primary. I was always the primary on each card and added his name as an authorized user only. He ran up my cards tremendously and finally I took away his cards. In our divorce, I was held responsible for all debt except for a couple of cards that were his. I did file for bankruptcy, but then decided not to go through with it and canceled it.
