When a parent dies who assumes the debt that such parent has accumulated on credit cards?

Depends on whether there are assets to satisfy debts. Is there a will? Are there probate assets (real estate, accounts NOT in Joint Account status)?

In many cases such CC debts are written off if not paid within 30-60 days of death. Call or email for more assistance.
