Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Iowa

i pay for medical insurance for my 20 yr old son. who doesn't live with me. and was told that he is not responsible for any of his co pays the doctor sends me the co pay bill. he is not in school and works parttime. am i liable for his medical bills???

Unless there's a post secondary education subsidy order in place or a court order that obligates you to support him the answer is, he's responsible for his own debts.
