Yes, until you specifically instruct them not to. Then, if they continue they';re in violation of the FDCPA and can be sued.

If the entity calling you is the same entity to which you owe the money (i.e., not a debt collector), the FDCPA does not apply. So, unfortunately, the answer to your question is, "yes."
