how many payments can be taken from each paycheck for child suport and if you are paying for two different cases and have a family to suport how much can they take for each one

The CSRU can take money for as many children as you are paying support for. The amount that is taken is based on the uniform ch8ild support guidelines that are contained in the Iowa Rules of Court.

Modification is a matter between you and the court. If you think you're paying too much and your income does not allow such, apply for a reduction. On the other hand, if you have arrears they will still take it from you.
