Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Iowa

you people dont seem to understand my question! when being garnished for a debt,shouldnt this garnishment continue until debt is completely satisfied? to stop the garishment just short of satifying debt and leaving this amount to accrue more interest and penalties is perfectly legal and acceptable practice?

I understand you quite well. There's no law against what they did. If you think it's a conspiracy you've got to prove it. Suspicion of evil design is not going to get the job done.
