Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Iowa

I recently had a credit card debt case against me dismissed with prejudice. The collection agency that brought the suit has sent another letter requesting payment 4 months after the dismissal. What are my options in filing suit against the collection agency if this continues? At this point, I know I am in the clear, but I want to be in the best position possible if the harassment continues on this illegitimate request.

There's little enough in the way of recourse that you have. Ignoring them would be very helpful, after you have explained that the case was dismissed with prejudice. If it shows up on your credit report you can add your own explanation.
