Can I get a reduced payment on a small claims judgement?

Hello:

I have a small claims judgement against me.

I don't mind making the payment but the judge set the payment at 25% of my check.

I am having a hard making my other payments.

Even if I work overtime they just take more.....

Iowa, District 8

Is there something I can file to lower the amount I pay each week?

You already got to make payments which is what the law allows. You can go back to court and see if they''ll reduce it but that's the only way.
