Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Iowa

Sale of used car

I sold a car to some people we know and they signed a paper saying thye would pay $350 for car and they only paid $40 of the $350. The agreement we had was that they transfer car and make payments so far we have not recived any payments on car and we have the title that is their name what can we do to collect on this if anything?

Small claims is probably your best bet.
