School loans

Can you tell me if there is a legal percentage of salary taken to repay school loans? My daughter is being charged 50% of her salary currently. Is there a minimum we could talk them down to legally? Please reply asap. thank you

Do they have a judgment? There are statutory limits on wage garnishment. Call oe email for assitance.
