Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Iowa
My sibling borrowed a larger amount of money 6 yrs ago, i have asked for it back and its always an excuse, do I have the right to add intrest on to the amount borrowed and how do I file small claims if I live in iowa and they live in oklahoma?

You may have to sue yoru sibling in Oklahoma, and the statute of limitations may have run already. You should check with an Oklahoma attorney to assist you with this.
On a personal note, I decided a long time ago, if I ever "loaned" money to friends or family, I considered it a gift, though I may not mention that fact to the "borrower." Then, if I actually got the money back, it was a pleasant surprise. It is not worth ruining relationships over a few bucks. Or even a lot of bucks.
