Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Iowa

My son's father had cancer and now is in remission and in my opinion should be working now. He hasn't worked in over 2 years. Child support is set at $50/month and social security is paying it plus back support that he owes. How do I get more child support from him?

Take him to court and make your arguments. Of course, the fact that you are annoyed and angry and have an opinion is simply irrelevant.
