Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I am looking at doing 2 days in jail in iowa and my ? is if i have a med prob while there is it the responsiblty of the county to cover costs as i have no ins and a ongoing med prob

They will let you bring any medications with you and they will provide them to you. They also have the responsibility to take you to the hospital if an emergency arises, but you will ultimately be responsible for any costs.
