If I am 18 and my girlfriend is 16 and going to be 17 in 5 months is it illegal to get her pregnant?

It's unlawful to have sexual contact with her because she is legally a child. Consent is irrelevant because a child cannot legally consent to any such act. Iowa Code chapter 709.
