Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
2nd deferred judgement, 5th degree theft
My wife just was picked up for 5th degree theft. She stole just under 200.00 worth of clothes. This was from a store. 10 years ago, she had a deferred judgement to a felony charge of theft from her employment. Is it worth looking into another deferred judgement or is the other one going to go against her. Thanks concerned husband

You're entitled to two in a lifetime so it's worth asking for.
