Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I have a 2nd degree theft that is over 10 years old. I am trying to get it sealed or expunged. The case happened in Scott County, Iowa. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately we do not have expungment in Iowa except for one very minor alcohol offense. Were you a juvenile at the time?
