Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

1st degree burgarly

my son happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong tiime and is now sitting in jail with a 25,000 bond. their were four people involved including the one that had a gun could you tell me what i should do.they have denined his bond and it waiting trial. he currently has a court appointed att. can you help me.

I'd suggest that both of you start listening to his attorney. It really doesn't matter who had a weapon.
