Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
The 5th
My brother was having some issues with his daughter, we talked , he decided to try and trap her, he wrote a note to her, then decided to throw it away. my sister-in-law found it and freaked out. Anyway, long story short. my brother got arrested for lascivious acts, they now want her to testify against him. she has diabetes and her sugar level was and is extremely high. does she have to testify against him?or can she plead the 5th , she doesn't even remember all of the conversation with the police.

I don't know what sort of legal question you're asking, and I wouldn't presume to interpose myself in a pending criminal matter, particularly where it looks like somebody wants to silence a witness. Quite simply, your brother should listen to his lawyer.
