Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
5th Degree Theft
I had gotten charged with 5th degree theft back in 1999. I wanted to know if it is possible to have this removed from my record, if so how?

Re: 5th Degree Theft
The answer to that is no. There is very little provision in Iowa law for expungement of criminal records.
