Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
im a 40 year old female who fell into taking pills and abusing them my supposed best friend was selling them to me then i was hooked i got in to her house and took some pills... later that night i returned them to police.then i was arrested while i was arrested i has 2 differnt types of pills 2 of them were what she gave me and one precription was legal it was mine.she hasent been charged there not doing anything to her.i was sent to pre trial probationn counsiling drug testing passed drug testing attended classes showed up to probation on time i have no prior record clean record.
