Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Hi. I'm currently 18 year old. I was recently arrested for Interference with Official Acts. I was wondering if i will be able to get this expunged from my record within a few years, pending it is my first and only offense.

No it cannot be expunged. You might be eligible for a deferred judgment, however, and you should discuss the range of possible sentencing options with an attorney after a full consultation.
