Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I am 20 years old, and I received a public intoxication and interference February 1st, 2015. I pleaded guilty for both of them. Now, last weekend I was messing on a lift and officers came up and asked me if this lift is mine and I stated yes. Then I tried running and they tackled me and I ended up getting charged with a public intoxication and an interference. What would be my punishment and what range of the fine will i be planning on paying?

That's a question for the clerk of court. Without knowing what the code section you have been charged with and what the level of the offense is I couldn't say.
