Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
My 14 yr. old son had his phone taken from police with a search warrant at school. An ex girlfriend had nude pic of him on her phone and turned it over to police and he may have pic on his phone. Do I need to get a lawyer? They are investigating it now.
