Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Accused but not charged
my son was falsely accused of carving runes into a teens back. Law enforcement questioned him.This was in Jan.2008 it is now April 2008. We have asked for polygraph they keep putting us off? Why? We have not heard anything from them. Can u enlighten me?

If he was not charged I would not worry about it until it happens-nothing that can be done about it in the meantime.
