Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Is there an address or a place to go to file a complaint against your attorney for bad representation and being advised to plead guilty to something you have not done in Federal Court in Iowa? Also is there a place you can go for free legal advice and representation in Iowa for Federal Court?

There is a place you can file a disciplinary complaint, and as to the second if you're charged with a crime they have a federal defender. Whether you're going to get free advice is another story.
