Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Alcohol
Is it a crime to be around empty alcohol containers under the age of 21? Meaning, if you are around empty beer cans or empty liquor bottles and are under the age of 21, does that constitute possession of alcohol under the legal age?

Re: Alcohol
Minor in possession, right? You'd have to prove that each and every bottle, can, shotglass, mug, keg, and container was empty and dry. Have you preserved the crime scene?
