Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
I was arrested for a crime I did not commit. Assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and going armed with intent. All charges were dropped by the prosecutor. How can I get this removed from my record?

If something was actually filed in Court, then the Court's records will always show that a charge was filed and then dismissed. There is nothing that can be done to erase something that was filed.
